The Worst They're Made Of

Well I had written a long review, but it didn't post because of Edmunds glitch. In short, transmission not smooth: jerks. Air suspension message error when not using it and not hot outside. Uconnect issues. Key Fob liftgate problems. Remote Start HVAC problems.
Leather seats and dash prematurely cracking. Uconnect a joke compared to other systems: no convenience features such as Pandora, iheart radio, etc. Voice dictation laggy. Yelp search is a joke.
Off road utility: that's it.
All of the above stated. Customer service on the phones at the dealers are pathetic. I have had better service from a Hyundai and Ford dealer. The service techs don't clean their hands and put greasy smudges in the car. They blast your stereo settings to the max. They put scratches in your car interior. When you complain they don't do anything about it. The corporate customer service and higher ups are a joke. They side skirt the issues or blame you. They don't accept responsibility and use technicality of they have to "duplicate" to work on the issue (even if you have pictures). Just pathetic! A joke that this model is supposed to compare to Lexus RX.
