6th Time Back to Dealer for Continued Problems!

I left a review this summer only 30 days into the purchase of my '14 JGC Ltd. and reported that I was having multiple problems mainly with the U-Connect system. I'm now reporting back 7 months later into owning this complete hunk of monkey crap which has now been in the Dealer's shop 6X for U-Connect and other "electronic issues/failures". Chryser is so tired of hearing from me that they decided to rip out my Jeep's U-Connect and replace it with a brand new one. They told me "this would fix everything". Continued problems I am facing include HVAC malfunction, no heat, airbag failure, U-Connect black screen, seat belt malfunction, Phone, Radio, Navi malfunction, the list goes on and on and on

On my 2014 Grand Cherokee it will not shift into gear until the transmission (or something else) is warm enough. Living through this winter means warming up the vehicle for 10 to 15 minutes before it stays out of Park, every time. You can't be in a hurry to go anywhere. They don't know if it's a computer issue or a transmission issue and all I'm told is that Chrysler Engineers are aware of the problem and working on a solution. The vehicle is now at the Dealer while they attempt something else (for the 4th time and we've had the vehicle 4 months). Before retiring I was a manager for New Vehicle Programs from Concept to Production (Job 1). Through all the Proto-type builds, hard Tool builds Saleable Vehicle builds (FEU) it was a race to solve all the issues new designs created. I think they cut-out some of these steps, maybe allowed a computer to test feasibility. Jeep owners beware!
