2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD 4dr SUV (4.0L 6cyl 4A)
Jeeps have been our primary vehicle
since 1996. I wish we had discovered
Jeeps sooner. We take road trips in
comfort (desert, mountain, Mexico), go
to off road events several times a
year, drive it around town and commute
to work. Now we have QuadraDrive which
allows us to drive in deeper snow,
sleet and ice. When we go skiing, this
Jeep is like a goat for getting to the
slopes and out of the parking lot.
There is nothing close the excellent
price/performance of this vehicle. I
will never be without one again.
Hardened 4x4 parts. The lift gate
proves a shield from rain. Road
clearance. Ergonomics like a door lock
switch exactly at the door handle.
Multi-speed automatic trasmission for
mountain driving. Tight turning radius.
Dual opening sun roof. Solid hardware .
Better advertising to demonstrate the
superior off road capabilities of this
vehicle. The previous ad where a Jeep
came home by crawling over a rock pile
was great. The new Rubicon ad using an
articulation ramp behind a "boulder" is
the kind of ad Jeep needs to push.
