  Have you thought about small claims court? Check your manual too; there may be an arbitration service that you qualify for. By the time someone goes through a class action, the owners might be lucky to get a coupon for a discount off a new Jeep, if that.

  I am amazed how many fustrated Commander owners there are on the road. It doesn't seem like anylaw firm is interested in the class action because there is no safety issue. If you add the expense of fixing the drains and all the electrical repairs, there should be enough damages for a lawsuit. We need to get a break some how to get the ball rolling.

Also, I think it's a good idea to contact your local congressman about this considering that Jeep Chrysler benefited from the US Taxpayer Funded auto industry bailout.   I was sent a link to file a complaint (there are many already) at consumeraffairs.org. Perhaps someone will listen and help. My 2006 Commander stalls, will often not start and has electrical issues. My dealer has repeatedly told me that "they can not duplicate my concerns" or that I have purchased "bad gas." Yikes.

  I purchased my 2006 Jeep Commander in September of 2006 and within three weeks experienced the floor board flood. I took the Jeep back to the dealership and was offered no explanation, but was told they re-sealed the body to avoid any future flooding. It's been flooding since. I'd like to join the lawsuit!

  Same problem here. 2007 Jeep Commander will not start about every three months, regardless of snow, rain, or sun. Sits over night at the dealer ship after being towed and starts right up.
