I love this vehicle. It is my 4th
vehicle, and easily the best. Its not
the most expensive but its the newest
and has the best feature content and
performance of all the rest. The only
problems I've had were an old worn
radiator hose that had to be replaced
($8 big whoop), and a tire that fell
apart. Not the Cherokee's fault. Worn
Uniroyal tires...It has brand new
Michelins now. Big improvement.
Shift-on-the-fly 4WD, 4.0 I-6 (lots of
power and torque, will run for at least
another 100,000 miles-its at 103,000),
low for good handling, but still has
more clearance than most of the
other "high" SUVs I see (Trailblazer,
more tire clearance. P235/75R15s are
about the biggest you can fit stock. My
old Tracker could fit them, and most
SUVs in its class now come with that
size or larger.
