2008 Isuzu i-Series Road Test Ratings

A weak engine, lack of interior features and questionable build quality make it difficult to recommend the i-Series pickup.

Even the range-topping inline 5-cylinder is barely adequate for the i-Series. Steering is fairly numb.

The ride feels a bit bouncy. The seating position and space are as expected, but road and engine noise are borderline.

Feels like a basic truck interior with no innovative features. Two bed lengths are available, but upgrades such as adjustable tie-downs and power outlets are not offered.

Has a bold exterior shape, but basic fit and finish problems have been observed.
