2009 Infiniti M35/M45

  • The Infiniti 7 AT in 2009+ Ms

Written by: almatti on Jul 25, 2011 10:08:08 AM

I am curious of the Posters from 2008 who were contemplating getting the 2009 M {the X version came with the 5 AT}, how they like the 7 AT. I have a 2010 G37X with the 7AT. I find that it lumbers in a high gear - way too frequently and easily particularly on local suburban road (25-40 MPH); Lags on the downshift and it is very evident when Braking then ... Read More

Infiniti M35/M45 and Bluetooth

  • Infiniti's lack of Bluetooth support for most modern phones

    Written by: t1328 on Jul 28, 2010 3:41:08 PM

With respect to Infiti's support for Bluetooth phones (not the music aspect, just the phone), their cars have amongst the worst bluetooth support I've ever seen. I've owned and/or driven cars from all of Infiniti's competitors - BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, etc. They all have far, far better support for bluetooth phones. Bluetooth is supposed to be a standard, but it's implementation has been far from that. Infinitis without navigation support ... Read More

I've got the RSA's on my 2010 Maxima and I'm with you these tires are typical OEM tires, mediocre at best and poor usually in all things! I only have 5k miles on them and I can't wait till they wear out so I can put better tires on them! they are the loudest, most noisiest tires I have ever had on a car; the road and tire thum echo's through ... We now know that it will not be a M50. It will be called M56 because they are using the 5.6L motor from the nissan titan truck. From the little info they have up now the M56 will have more than 400HP!!! and be even quicker than the previous M45. I think the new style is pretty neat except they need to shave alittle off the front end because it sits ... Read More

I would like to start a rumor! If I were Nissan/Infiniti looking at sales of M's, gas prices and such....I would not bring out a 2009 model at all. I would bring out the 2010 M37/M50 with 7 speed in Jan/Feb 2009....and I would continue to focus on G35/EX 4wd sales. You wouldn't believe the number of G35x's that are running around Fairfield county Ct...and how many fewer of the previous ... Read More

Engine/? transmission changes at least for M35x is planned for 2010. (I didn't ask him about M45) I have looked around. I might actually go for the G35x. Its interior is almost as nice as the M, ... I somehow think M35 AWD would be the hot seller as you can drive it to any other States without worry about any whether.   I think it would be wise for Infiniti to cancel G35 since M35 Sport and M35 AWD could fill G35's spot and cancel Q45 since you have M45 Sport to take its place. Then in 2007, you have Infiniti GT-R, that is like NSX in Acura ... Read More
