I bought a 2006 m35 just last week with 12,000 miles on it. The warranty on an infiniti is 4 years or 60,000 miles. if you buy an '06 the warranty expires next year. An '07 will expire in 2011, making it less likely you'll want to buy an extended warranty. I didn't because I had 10 months on the original warranty so the 1st year of any new warranty is wasted. Auto lock/unlock on M35/M45 is NEVER offered by Infiniti - Not with ANY package or any option. None, never, ever from 2006 through 2009. So, don't bother about it - unless you go with after market. Yes, I know this for sure, 100%, 1000% sure. Read More...

I was using reliability ratings from Consumer Reports. Both 2006 and 2007 M35 get the best reliability rating overall, but Consumer Reports also breaks it down into 17 categories. Hi, I am planning to buy a used M35 and I am trying to decide between the 2006 and 2007 models. I test drove both and they feel the same. However, I noticed that the 2006 M35 gets slightly lower reliability ratings in consumer reports. Also, I read some people having issues with bluetooth connectivity in 2006 M35s. What do you think? Just bought a 2006 M35 Sport with 28k miles, 1 owner lease return, Umbria Gray with chrome sport 19" rims, new Toyo tires, excellent condition with the exception I had to pay $60 for paintless dent removal and $30 to have a detailer remove hard water spots from the glass and chrome trim..Paid $24990 and traded my 07 BMW 335 sport with 48k miles for $24k...KBB shows ... I believe you got a good deal if the car is still under warranty - even just for 2 month, so you can check everything out and have the dealership taken care of any defect, or get an extended warranty. If it is out of basic warranty, I would still have the dealership check it out thoroughly to make sure power train is perfectly fine. Other than that, keep the regular maintenance ... Read More...

I have an used infiniti m35 sport 2006. It currently have 67k miles and I have been suffering terrible mpg driving here in nyc. My city driving at best is around 10.5 mpg. I own a 2006 Infiniti M35 and I recently changed the battery in my car and after I changed the battery I had to reset almost all the electronics. I was successful in resetting everything except the automatic door locks when the car is shifted into gear. Is there anyone out there that can help me.
