I have a 2003 I35. If I am valet parking the car and using the valet key, how do I deactivate the trunk release that is in the driver's door, so the valet cannot pop the trunk open? I have looked through the owner's manual, which, unless I overlooked something, merely warns that when valet parking, the valet key should be used. Read More...

Believe it or not, I had, until just 1 month ago, 1996 Infinity I30 with 150,000 miles on it but I never took the car in for service to dealer. Only things I did was regualar maintenance and spark plug change at 100,000 miles. Only things that went bad were knock sensor and O2 sensor. I even had original rotor in it. Hello everyone, My dad just bought me a 2003 I35 for my birthday. I used to have a 1998 S70. I LOVE the infiniti however eventhough it comes with a Bose sound system which my volvo didn't have (it came with the stock sound), the bass on my volvo was MUCh better than the i35. Thank you for your post. So far its been great. The car was previously titled in the state of New Jersey. They have front and rear license plates so I am left with two unsightly holes in the front bumper because PA only has a rear plate. I bought a chrome Infinity plate. I am trying to figure out to to mount it properly because it doesn't match the holes in the bumper. Otherwise ... Read More...

I have a leased 2003 I35 with 24k miles spun after another vehicle nudged me on a highway and rear right tire broke off from the axle with all the nuts and bolts intact. Threads are worn out on the axle. right front tire is damaged. Airbags did not deploy. I'm not sure if waiting another month will get you a lower price, as the dealer's cost will probably be the same, unless Infiniti corporate comes up with more incentive dollars. Then again, you might miss out if you wait longer, as they might sell out before you get there. The I35 is an attractive buy right now due to the 05 models coming out, at higher prices. Plus, ... I am curious where people are located that have had their headlights stolen. I am just north of Boston but drive all over and those postings make me a bit nervous.
