Infiniti G35 Maintenance and Repair

warranty question as a second owner

Hi, I am thinking about buying used 2008 G35 sedan with 6500 miles on it. The seller is a private dealership and they are telling me that car probably was never serviced. I see in carfax that it was purchased in Nov 2008. do you think it may void the factory warranty? As I understand even on schedule 2 you have to service the car each 6 month or 7500 miles whatever comes ... Read More...

Infiniti G35 Manual Transmissions

Re: sedan v clutch [taxesquire]

I believe they are the same but I cannot officially confirm it. If you see my earlier message on this thread you will see that I was asking the same question a year earlier. I did in fact buy a 2008 G35 with a 6 speed manual and I am very happy with the car. I do think that some of the negative comments made about the Infiniti manual, particuarly the clutch, are exaggerated ... Read More...

Infiniti G35 Electrical Issues

Re: 2008 Infiniti G35 Electronic Problems [kdooley]

My VIN# wasn't part of the recall as well. I called the consumer affairs office in Tennesse to complain and it went nowhere. Infiniti's customer service sucks incredibly. They told me replacing the radio will fix the problem but I'm a little hesitant in paying $550 to change the radio and the problem starts again. They said that they would take my radio and give ... Infiniti G37 Lease Questions

Re: G37 Journey w/Premium Lease [lauraloo]

I agree with johninnj. Definitely don't use any equity that you built up in your 2004 G35 coupe as a down payment on the lease. You never want to put any money down on a lease including the taxes because if the car is totalled or stolen, you don't get of that money back. With a lease, the leasing company is the owner of record, not you so your insurance company will pay ... Read More...
