I don't know about the EX35 since it is still a relatively new model only in its second year, but the rest of the Infiniti line is prone to pre-mature wearing of the brake pads and warped rotors; I had a 2005 FX35, I made it barely to 11k miles before I had the terrible grinding/shimmering in the steering wheel and pedals when I applied the brakes and smelled a terrible ... Remember that G37 was the sport version. Ace, I have to assume this is an 03 or 04 and is a private party sale at that price and mileage. No? Anyhow, when buying used I always try to take out some of the worry and guesswork by running a Carfax report and paying my mechanic to thoroughly check out the car. rusdude - You make a good point. After the stock market crashed, it seemed a lot of people started buying pre-owned vehicles instead on new. Their values have held steady for quite some time, but Infiniti could not sit around and die. They have come out with some great incentives and the difference between the two is not that much. Wow, that 04 TSX's dash IS nice. I for one also prefer the 04-07 Accord, especially the dash, to the current generation. I, too, am playing devil's advocate. I drive a 2002 S4 which has been a fantastic car in the 4.5yrs I've owned it.
