    Tires that came standard on my 2007 G35 (Bridgestone RE040) and 2008 M35 (Goodyear RSA) were the worst tires I ever had. Recently purchased Kumho ECSTA 4X (225/45/18Frt/245/45/18Rear)for the G35 and Michelin Primacy MXV4 (245/45/18) and what a big difference.     Anybody familiar with rust problems on 2007 or later G models? I have a 2007 that first showed rust on the lower left rear door in 2008 at 15k miles. Rust has been fixed and recurred in same spot 3 times. Body shop told me it is originating inside door due to a defect and only permanent fix is a new door. Infiniti is refusing to help.

    Right now there is $200 discount to buy. Should I? Not IMO. You're only driving the car around 12,000 miles/year. In 3 more years, you will only have 76,000 miles on the car. Once a vehicle is ordered or delivered to the dealer from the factory the manufacturer considers it sold. You must also know that the dealerships are separate entities and do not necessarily have the same fiscal year end as the manufacturer.

This is a dealer incentive, so they don't have to tell you about this or give it to you.
