Please talk only FX45~ I have a 2006 and average 16.2mpg. I drive it kind of hard because that's what I bought it for. I asked the Mercedes dealer what the gas mileage was on an E 350 I was checking out and his response was most Mercedes drivers don't have to worry about the mileage. I agree and 16.2 is the result. This thing is a beast and needs to ... Read More
Steve, I bought 2006 FX45. I am getting an average of 16 miles per gallon on this vehicle in mix driving conditions. I live in Chicago area. Thanks,
Hi pk3737. I always advise consumers against making down payments on leased vehicles. I do so because if your leased Infiniti is totaled in an accident or stolen and never recovered, any down payment that you made on it will essentially disappear. Even though your monthly payment will be a little higher, you would be much better off not making any sort of down payment on this lease. The dealer invoice ... Read More

Hello fellow FX owners, enthusiasts, and shoppers: New FX45 owner here, as of 48 hours ago. Snagged an '06 right off the delivery truck, instead of waiting for '07s, to avoid price increase and take Infiniti clearance discount available this month. The '07 upgrades (iPod attach, auto motoroized side view mirrors, wheels) weren't compelling to me. Very satisfied with: - Price: I was fortunate to qualify for a corporate Vehicle Purchase ... Unofficially the folks on the other Infiniti FX Org forum have found a way to use the Nissan iPod Gateway. We've tested it on a 2003, my 2004 FX45, and a few 2006 FXs and they work for the most part. There are a few issues such as the steeringwheel controls and the FF/RWD buttons. You can read about it on the other forum.

I got my Berrylium 2006 FX-35 for $40,900 from Infiniti Thousand Oaks, CA. They had to bring it from another dealer 130 miles away, because Berrylium is a harder color to obtain with the options I wanted. I didnt want the Nav-system, but I took the sport suspension and 20" wheel package, the bluetooth handsfree, the Touring Pkg and the keyless entry system. I am happy with the car's performance, and ... Read More

Car_Guy, Looking for the March information for the 2006 Infiniti FX45. Thanks.
Hi wantanewone. I'm not surprised that Infiniti dealers are not anxious to discount the 2006 FX. Dealers usually try to hold onto grosses for as long as possible on new or redesigned models. I am not personally all that familiar with what the market is like for the 2006 Infiniti FX right now, but you may be able to get an idea by visiting the following discussion: "Infiniti FX45 / FX35: ... Every few weeks I have been doing a google search to see if any new info on the '06 model has come out yet... this morning I actually found the new pricing! Here are my thoughts on the 2006 updates... Interior -- Improved. The dash seems better laid out, although I am curious as to what the center dash will look like if you don't get the navigation. They have also moved the seats controls from the edge of the seat, which irritated many people. The big thing from what I have read is that the RearView camera, to aid when backing up, ... Read More
crikey, Thanks for this list. This is exactly what I was looking for. Can I ask where you found this? Did you simply email Infiniti or was it on the Infiniti website somewhere? The only thing I am concerned about is: · New front grille and front bumper design · New 18-inch (FX35) and 20-inch ... Read More
