    I've been dealing with this problem for about a year now. I've had the tranny reflashed as well as ECM. None of these things worked. I just filed a lemon law claim in Georgia. I'll post on here what the outcome is. If Infiniti doesn't do anything about it, I'll be trading it in for an MDX.

    Carman: Never mind, don't need you to answer as it's too late. The Infiniti dealers in West Chester, PA and Willow Grove, PA were offering lousy deals on both the 2009 and 2010's. They are very full of themselves and must be doing just fine in this economy. We went with a 2010 ML350 instead. Infiniti dealers around here are just fooling with people.

    SmithMad, I got a quote for $559 for 2009 FX 35 RWD with premium pkg for 39 months with taxes rolled in (7%), no sec deposit, 15K a mile. first month payment is the only out of pocket. This includes $2K lease loyalty, no security deposit. I am a current Infiniti customer. I do not remember the residual or money factor.

We got about $2k off on the deal and they worked the cost of prepaid maint. plan thru Infiniti (not third party) in the deal.

    I was in your situation. I wasn't a current Infiniti owner but my brother was buying an Infiniti. I thought adding my brother to the title was enough but the dealer told me we'd have to live together for that to qualify. I ended up getting the discount by buying the car under my brother's name. We'd do a gift or sell later to change the title.
