Re: 2002 XG350 accellerator problem [liawilliams]
Latest news on my 2005 XG. The car has hestitated three times in 8000 miles of use. But last month the Traction control / antilock brake computer failed. The car worked fine, but there were three lights illuminated on the dash: TSC, Brakes and one more (?) Hyundai replaced the computer under warranty. The dealer contacted Hyundai about the hesitation, and Hyundai ... Read More...
First time XG350 driver
I took my 2006 Sonata to get a remote start put on it and they gave me a 2005 XG350 as a loaner. My first thought was, "wow, Hyundai has sure come a long way with the '06 Sonata!" I can't believe the XG350 was Hyundai's flagship car! I liked the heated & memory seats, the thick leather, and the very spacious trunk, but it is a very awkward feeling car. I had several people ... Re: Request 2005 XG350L help [averigejoe]
I found the following in an online article regarding the XG350. Has anyone seen/heard/tried this? THERE'S NO DENYING that Hyundai's quality and reliability have improved steadily over the years. This is partially a result of keeping their cars simple, but that doesn't mean low tech. Even though a cable is connected to the accelerator pedal, this vehicle is ... Read More...
Re: Hyundai XG350 lurches while brakes are pressed [canopus]
Hello, My name is George Mueller. I bought a 2005 XG350 which has automatically accelerated on its own while stopped at an intersection and other inconvenient places. I have spoke to Hyundai and they refuse to recognize the problem "because they can't duplicated it". I have already been given an XG350 to replace the first one I bought and it too has these same acceleration/braking ... Read More...

Re: Reasonable Price of XG350 [tom49]
Reply to #1765 I bought an XG350 (not an L) at the end of April 2005 in the Pittsburgh PA area of Monroeville for $19,500 plus tax. I thought this was a pretty good price and still feel that way but if you buy now since its a little later in the model year you might do better at least in this area. I did have two dealers competing with each other (one via an internet quote) ... Read More...
Re: Hyundai XG350 Impressions [hollstmt]
Well congrats on your recent XG350L purchase. Just a few key points regarding your 2004 "old" model concerns: 1) There is NO difference between the 2004 vs. 2005 XG350L, except additional inclusive options. 2) Specifically, the 2005 includes as "standard" equipment: CD trunk changer and front-back floor mats. Thus, if you got these included- you DO have a ... Read More...
