2011 Hyundai Tucson Limited PZEV 4dr SUV (2.4L 4cyl 6A)
I have had my 2011 Tuscon Limited for one month.
I went for the totally loaded vehicle with 18" wheels.
After test driving several other small SUVs, I tried out the Tuscon and fell in love immediately.
The leather seats are very comfortable, and I really like the bluetooth and navi.
The storage capacity is just right for me.
As for the mileage, I am getting around 26-28 mpg combined.
I … am quite happy about this.
It seems with each tank of gas I am getting a little better mpg.
If I reset the mpg trip when driving on the highway, it says Im getting 33-35 mpg.
If that is true, it would be great.
Bottom line is, I love my Tucson more and more each day.
Great Small SUV / Crossover

2011 Hyundai Tucson Limited PZEV 4dr SUV (2.4L 4cyl 6A)
I now have approx. 85,000 miles on my 2011 Hyundai Tucson Limited with auto geartronic trans. It has the 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine. I average 22MPG combo driving, city/highway. No engine problems, but the transmission seems to not react as fast when I step hard on it. It's a great compact versatile suv/crossover for those that don't haul large loads, carry five passengers, or tow. Two … medium size dogs can fit in the rear cargo area. The built-in navigational system/stereo is great. I still wish the engine had a little more zip and achieved a few more miles per gallon.

2011 Hyundai Tucson Limited PZEV 4dr SUV (2.4L 4cyl 6A)
When I made my decision, competition was between the Tucson, GMC Terrain and Chevy Equinox as these were the only small SUVs that provided the combination of things I wanted. Deciding factor for Tucson was PZEV option and overall price was a good 10K less than the others comparably equipped. Fun to drive, very nice inside and the controls are very intuitive. Ride is tight, more like … German cars. Mileage has been better than expected given I drive lots of hills.
Extremely Disappointed

2011 Hyundai Tucson Limited PZEV 4dr SUV (2.4L 4cyl 6A)
Bought this vehicle new in May, 2011.
Manifold was replaced at 5,000 miles, between 5K and 13K it had to be replaced 2 other times.
Radio system had to be replaced; brake switch had to be replaced.
Yesterday the vehicle was towed to the dealer as the transmission switch was defective.
I was stranded on the road when the transmission switch broke; I understand vehicles have a break-in … period; however, I believe this is out of the ordinary.
I contacted Hyundai and was told that the dealer will repair all mechanical problems. Not the answer I was expecting.
