Not a big deal or immediately necessary, but if it gets annoying or stays audible after the engine is warm, I'd certainly consider having the valve clearance checked: Intake 0.17-0.23mm (0.0067-0.0090in.) Now some states may have goofy laws about dealer tags and titling vehicles.
