horrid accelarator...NO GAS MILEAGE!!!! does not get 17 city...must read the very fine print on the window sticker to see that it will actually get 11 to 13miles per gallon, and that was only pointed out to us by the service dept when we took it in for adjustments. passenger air bag is all but impossible to activate. must be sitting in exactly correct position to even get it turned on and, so far, we have only been able to activate it 3 times. if in a crash, it would be useless....when driving at low speeds and trying to maintain a constant speed, the ride is jerky and very distracting.
drivers seat is wonderful....just wish it had a wonderful car to go with it.
How do you know the pass. airbag is not activated? *ON* is the default position! there will be no light to tell you it is on; the only time you will see a light is when it DE-activates, as when you put a load of groceries or books on the passenger seat. Read the manual!
Regarding your fuel mileage, there is only one way to accurately tell, and that is to track at least 5 consecutive fill-ups and divide the miles since last fill, by the gallons used to fill. Of course you won't get an accurate average if you do this on a long highway trip; try to do it during your normal driving routine. Do not rely on the fuel computer on the dash, and don't feel victimized by something you read in *the fine print*
