Honestly...RWD could be an issue for folks that live in areas like Buffalo, Boston or places like that. Cabbies in NY, Chi-Town and cities like that have driven cars with RWD with no problems for decades.\ Agreed, but the lack of optional AWD is killing Genesis sales in my relatively affluent NYC suburb. Hi: Just saw your message. I really do not have the answer. Someone else on this forum answered me that indicated I should not just be looking for a low price, but I disagree..If I wanted to pay high, I could just go right in and buy it. I'm looking to buy 2009 Genesis Sedan V6 with Tech package. Assuming I will pay it all in cash, can anyone (preferably from North NJ) to give me an idea what price range would be a great deal? Is it realistic expecting to pay only tax+title fee on top of say $35K ? I can wait a couple of months; so could the price drop to that when 2010 come out? Read More...

Certainly Hyundai could be called a non-premium brand. That does not mean that they don't make any premium cars. IMO. Additionally, the Powers report stated that "The Genesis significantly outperformed other Premium Sedans. Insure.com has ranked the 2009 Santa Fe as costing less to insure than any other vehicle.
