Hyundai Genesis Lease Questions

Re: California Genesis [newser]

Hi newser. I can provide you with information on this car's lease program and incentives, but its monthly payment will depend upon the MSRP and selling price of the exact unit that you want. Hyundai's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 Genesis Sedan V6 with 15,000 miles per year are .00019 and 46%, respectively. ... Read More...

Hyundai Genesis Prices Paid and Buying Experience

Re: Hyundai Genesis Prices Paid and Buying Experience [ejmmjm]

According to a Hyundai rep., they are targeting "fourth quarter of 2009, if 2009's are gone." Will have to wait and see what happens. Might want to go on Cars.com and Autotrader.com periodically and see what is out there. Some dealers use one of the other and some use neither. Since more people will prefer the V6, the V8's may pile up on the lots. Hyundai planned for ... Read More...

Hyundai Genesis Sedan 2009-

Re: rented a 30K 2009 impala / no comparison to Genesis [bobad]

The day Hyundai puts standard Apple products in their cars is the day they go off my shopping list. I don't want to get caught up in the special Apple this and special Apple that trap. I think for the most part, that ended in 2001 when USB became common. To that end, and this unrealistic fear for all things Microsoft, a little bit of fear goes a long way. MS's main contribution ... With iPod being the man music/video source a lot of folks have these days, I'm surprised that Hyundai didn't commission Apple to create a system for their vehicles. Re: rented a 30K 2009 impala / no comparison to Genesis [captain2]

well yeah, but so it should, it is cheaper than the Genesis. Not quite sure you've looked at the pricing for the new Taurus. While invoice price seems to be quite close, looking at Edmunds TMV pricing puts the Taurus up $3k over the Genesis. The point I've been making is that while you do get a much improved Taurus, it will be quite sluggish compared to the Genesis because ... Read More...

Re: rented a 30K 2009 impala / no comparison to Genesis [colloquor]

Colloquor...indeed, it is an iteration of Vista, but...will it be as intrusive and difficult to deal with as it's current running. THAT...remains to be seen. I just hope whatever Microsoft and Hyundai come up with...that it will be a robust system that will be user friendly and something that makes sense. Read More...

Yes, I too am apprehensively anxious about Windows 7. At home I've gotta desktop running XP and a laptop running Vista. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to chuck that laptop out the window. However, it's the wife's so I have to hold back. ;) With iPod being the man music/video source a lot of folks have these days, I'm surprised that Hyundai didn't commission ... Read More...

Sync isn't really something I would consider a feature that's a door buster. Considering it's a Microsoft product... Actually, in the not too distant future, Hyundai just may have a Sync-like setup in their cars. http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2008/may08/05-05InCarInfotainmentPR.msp- - x ;) Read More...

Re: rented a 30K 2009 impala / no comparison to Genesis [backy]

AWD is the one feature that I really do believe Hyundai should look into as an offering on the Genesis and quite possibly the Azera. Why they only put cooled seats on the driver's side is beyond me, but beyond that...Sync isn't really something I would consider a feature that's a door buster. Considering it's a Microsoft product... Hey Backy...have you ever experienced ... Read More...
