2011 Hyundai Elantra GLS 4dr Sedan (1.8L 4cyl 6A)

Review

I got this car in May 2011 with only 10 miles on it. At 63,xxx miles the wheel bearings went out, on the driver side then 65,xxx the left side.
at 85,xxx spark plugs and computer update. Now at 94,xxx miles the drive train broke.
I have a 100,000 mile warranty so its covered. But this car is sluggish at times and the gas milage isn't all that. I average 32 mpg. I drive mostly highway some city. Lots of backroads and hills. The car dents very easy with door dings galore and a small hail storm got the best of it.
I found putting V-Power gas in it makes it run alot better. (cost alot more though) and the seats stain with just water.

Best Features

cute appearance looks sporty but fits a family frinedly. good size trunk, I can haul alot in this trunk. Enough leg room for adults in the back and plenty of headroom as long as you are not over 6 foot tall. I like the hand free talk.

Worst Features

The vents need an off button. If everything is on -0- no air should blow out but it does, you have to turn the individula vent off. The seats should have a stain guard on them.

Well, more reviews on my Elantra, I posted that information above and just got my car back after replacing the componants of the drive train and its back in the shop. Has a broken camshaft. So now they are to replace that and it will need new spark plugs again because of it. Also, taillights are out and license plate light out. gosh 3 years old and all this..I had cars with 250,xxx miles 10 years old and never had any issues until the transmission went bad. Never again would I get this car, never. Im just glad this happened while still under warrenty.
