Tried trading after 1000 miles. Depreciated 25% plus. Rough ride, hard suspension, noise from rear. 25.8 MPG HW. uncomfortable in back seat. look around and compare comfort. Drive on an uneven road. Great Heat/AC, radio, sunroof. Drives well in snow/ice. Looking for a trade or sale. Little help from dealer.

i have owned 8 small cars. This car far exceeds any Renault, Toyoto, or Volkswagen. I have only had it a short time but it is fun to drive, holds the road well and is large and roomy even for a 6'1 man and family. Retired United States Air Force

I know you won't believe me, but my local dealer advertised my Elantra GlS, list price 17745 with ipod cable and mats for 10600. The week before they were 11900 and I was ready to buy for that price. I own a 2008 Hyundai santa fe so I the low price included tha loyalty discount. I bought the car for my daughter so safety and reliability were very important. For a 2010 cost you can not buy a used Elantra for less then this new one.

Really a nice looking car in and out. Jet black\ gray interior with moon roof with the touches of chrome and pin stripping being a nice addition. The SE rides very well and accelerates better than expected. It has no problem getting into traffic and the cab is very quiet. The upgraded stereo sounds very good. MPG is averaging 30+ so far around town. Lots of room and storage. Very similar to my maxed out 2001 VW Jetta GLX VR6, without the leather and V6 power. Cost, warranty and added MPG make up for both and I get to use reg unleaded gas now. Front\rear seating very roomy and comfortable. Trunk plenty big and fold down rear seats help as well. Very pleased with this purchase.

I've logged over 1200 miles on my new 2010 Elantra GLS within the past 3 weeks of ownership. Gas mileage in combined highway/city driving has averaged a respectable 32mpg. I think I did well on price, just under $16k including all taxes, freight, etc. The car has been solid, ride is quiet (much quieter than I anticipated from an economy car) and controlled. Engine has more than enough power to get you up and into expressway traffic. Car came with 3 months of XM radio included. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I purchased my first new Hyundai and 2005, and love everything about it, including the price. I paid a bit over $14,000 for my 2010 Elantra Blue with the comfort package, and I'm loving everything about it. It handles fairly well on the Highway, and the nice fabric seats are rather comfortable. The trunk is a decent size for a small vehicle and the back seat seems to have plenty of room, also. Finally, the stereo system is quite remarkable. I love the fact the XM radio is integrated (which I know is now the new trend). The stereo has good sound quality and it has iPod and USB ports.

I have 375 miles on my new 2010 Elantra GLS. So far, so good. I went to dealer to test drive and ended up purchasing the car. With the $2000 in incentives the dealer offered I walked away paying just under $16,000 for the car which included all taxes, fees and destination charges. My first tank of gas I averaged just under 31mpg in mixed city/highway driving. Car feels solid, has a comfortable driving position and handles well. Its also a good looking car. Car came with 3 months of XM satellite radio included. Back seat is very comfortable for my teenage kids. I'm hoping for many years of trouble free operation - only time will tell.
