Hummer H3 Lease Questions

Re: really need to get rid of my hummer [hazmat4]

You bought or leased? This is the H3 leasing forum. If you leased, your buyout may not be really as bad as you think. If it is a 2008, how many lease payments do you have remaining? GMAC allows you to buyout the lease with just the depreciation portion of the lease payment multiplied by the number of payments left on your contract. Your payment IS EXTREMELY HIGH but ... Hummer H3 with cracked casing x 2!!

Hummer H3 with cracked casing x 2!!

I have a 2006 H3 with Adventure package and have just clocked 96K on it. Loved it until I cracked the casing two weeks ago and had to replace the transmission with a refurbed GM unit. Of course my warranty was only for 50K, so I footed the bill for that one. HOWEVER, just got my truck back last week and guess what, the same thing happened again tonight!! Same noise, heard ... Hummer H3

Are New 2006 H3's still available?

I am having a hard time getting a dealership to tell me they can get me a 2006 H3x with no mileage (or very little). All the sales guys keep pushing is a 2007, but I am thinking I can get a greater rebate if I can find a 2006...is this foolhearty? Where are all the 2006s out there? I see that under current rebates and incentives a lot of manufacturers are listing deep rebates ... Read More...

Re: GMID in Jersey [wojnicki]

Hi Wojnocki... Well, I haven't pulled the trigger on the H3 yet....seems I am researching it to death! I have compared specs to the FX35 and they are even steven with maybe an inch give or take on space, legroom, etc. I actually went and drove the 2006's and then looked at the space in the back. You know how the FX has more of a "deep" space" in the way back? Where you have ... Read More...

Hummer H3 Lease Questions

Re: lease price.. [joeycap]

Unfortunately, joeycap, Hummer's lease rates are different than its special financing rates. Furthermore, General Motors is no longer providing lease support on 2006 models. If you want to lease a Hummer H3 through GMAC, you will have to go with a 2007 model. The 2007 H3's base lease rate is currently 3.45%, which is pretty good, but not nearly as good as the 0% ... 27 Month Lease Payment-Purchased Today!!!

We bought from Hummer of Orlando this afternoon!!! These people are awesome, one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with, they are family owned also. I received my GMID cert yesterday so we leased a 2006 H3 for 27 months. I think the lease specials for 2006 models ended today also. Here are my numbers: $36330 Msrp $33,271 supplier price $1709 cap cost reduction ... Read More...

Re: Is this BS or What? [davese]

Hi Dave. Most manufacturers advertise leases on base models to make their monthly payments look lower. This is the case with the lease that GM is advertising on the 2006 Hummer H3 right now. The MSRP of the vehicle that is being advertised is $29,500. As you were told, this is the MSRP for a stripped Hummer H3 with a manual transmission. I would be happy to give you ... Read More...

Re: 24 month lease payment [tjones39]

Tjones39, unfortunately the $2,000 customer cash that GM is currently providing on the 2006 Hummer H3 is not compatible with its special lease program. Car_man Host Prices Paid Forum Read More...

Re: 24 month lease payment [tjones39]

Hi tjones39. Yes, General Motors has special 24 and 27 month leases available on the 2007 and 2007 Hummer H3 right now. The 2006 Hummer H3's lease program is actually better than the 2007 H3's program right now. If you were to lease a 2006 Hummer H3 through GMAC right now for 24 months with 15,000 miles per year, its base lease rate and residual value should be 3.45% ... Read More...

Re: #`s help please [mtc019]

Welcome Matt. I'm glad that you find this site so informative. There's nothing wrong with trading in your current vehicle in when you lease a new one, however you should be much better off having the dealer that you are working with cut you a check for the equity that you have in your trade than using the proceeds from it as a down payment for your lease. I always advise ... Read More...
