2009 HUMMER H2 Road Test Ratings

The H2 is more about the Hummer image than it is about comfort and functionality.

High curb weight overburdens handling, brakes and engine performance.

Unsteady ride gets hard on segmented freeways. Surprisingly little interior space considering the exterior dimensions.

The nicely laid out interior is fine, but the cargo area is too small and high up to be of much use.

Exterior design contains traditional Hummer cues, but the interior design is still a bit too contrived. It seems like a caracature of the original H1. Build quality feels solid.
