only for the sadist on anything longer than a 15 minute trip no heated mirrors uncomfortable seats no concept of sound deadening (don't try more than 35 with a cell phone even with top up) Quick if revved right/dog if not (153 ft lb of torque even though 240 horse) Ever wonder why you see so many of these advertized used even though only 5000 of these made per year? Turfed this one out for vette, lost my shorts on it but my best descision with this car was cutting it loose.

Review of my S2000

Very tight inside, in fact it is close to being uncomfortable. Because of the high revving engine and convertible top, this car is very loud inside. The car is fun to drive on curvy roads but you have to keep the rpms high to enjoy the vtec engine. This car is quick, but does not feel like it due to the lack of torque on this vehicle. Quality is typical honda, so no disappointment there.

The S2000 is a fun car, but seriously lacks in comfort. If you into speed and can handle a 2 seater this is your car, but you may want to rethink road trips in it.

The Honda S2000 is a front engine rear wheel drive convertable two seater, and yes, it is a HONDA! This car is amaizing, it handles like a dream, is very quick, and you can drop the top in about 5 seconds. My main dislike is the radio. The radio is completely inaudible if the top is down and you are traveling over 45 mph. the lower marks I gave the S2000 were for interior design and comfort. The radio is bad, and this car is not made to be comfortable, but to be driven hard.

Great car, but not for everyone

Review

When every dealer around was gouging customers I found one that sold the car at sticker price - no hassles. Performance is terrific, but the ride on city streets is almost unnacceptable and the engine make a lot of (not unpleasant) noise. But, once at speed (and if you own an S2000 you'll be at speed any chance you get) the car is in it's element. The ride smooths out and everything just feels right.
