Honda Pilot Prices Paid and Buying Experience
Pricing
I'm getting close to purchasing a new 2010 Pilot and was hoping some of the kind folk on this forum could take a stab at a few of my questions. 1.) I was quoted $37,552 plus tax, title and license for a 2010 Pilot Touring RES & NAV 4WD via a internet quote. Is this a good price? 2.) do any of you think Honda will offer any incentives (rebates) anytime soon on the 2010 or 2009? ... Read More...
Re: How about this deal on a 2010 model? [rayzam]
Not a big deal, I might be out of the market for a new Pilot all together. To make the long story short, my 2005 97K miles Pilot EX-L developed transmission problem (loud whines audible at all gears), I was finally able to have one of the local Honda dealers agreed to replace the transmission courtesy of Honda Care warranty. I was going to trade in my Pilot for a 2009 ... Read More...
Incentives
Got a mass email from Boston and Michigan dealers saying all previous offers made that were not taken by last night are off the table since the incentive program changes. He was not specific as to which model year, but I assume this could only apply to the 2009 since there were never incentives for the 2010. Anyone else get the same? That being said, Howard Cooper ... Re: 2009 Pilot in Minneapolis/St. Paul [munk]
$32,295 is very high for what I have seen around here. Of course prices depend on region and local competition. While I was waiting for my 2005 Pilot to have minor service at the dealer in So. Cal yesterday, I spoke to a salesman in the internet department regarding 2009 Pilot EX-L RES. The invoice he showed me was a bit less than 33K (depend on destination charges ... Read More...
Re: New Incentives [imzeppy]
I went in to buy 2009 Pilot EX-L at a dealer in Los Angeles on July 4. The manager told me that he could not match a lower price due to "special dealer incentive" expires on June 30. He showed me his book that has an extra $1000 for the Pilot along with $1500 cash bach and dealer hold back. This is my math 2009 Honda Pilot EX-L MSRP $342**.00; invoice $31500-$1500 cash back=30000-dealer ... Read More...

Re: EX-L 2010 [hooops]
Hey hooops. Honda Finance's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 Pilot EX-L 4WD without the RES with 15,000 miles per year are .00220 and 52%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its "Super Preferred" credit tier. The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2009 model are .00151 and 48%, plus Honda is ... Read More...

Re: 09 Pilot EX-L 2WD [arrowhead98]
Sorry I am late, I have been out of town, but here was the e-mail. You should go bitch at Jerry and see if he can give some freebies. The price was 28,500 for the one w/0 bluetooth and 300 more for the one with it. The email below is talking about the Black one that did not have the Bluetooth. Over the phone he said 28,800 for the one with it. Regardless, 29k is still not bad ... Read More...
