Review
I love my Passport. Having been a Toyota man for years, I have one problem. It doesn't get the fuel economy I hoped for. I know it is a V6 4WD, but I was hoping for better than 14 mpg. Otherwise, I absolutely love it. Note to prospective buyers, the Honda Passport was built by Isuzu. The Honda Pilot, which replaced the Passport is built by Honda. Just an FYI.

Stereo, Rear DVD Player, comfortable ride, no road noise.

It has problems with the CV joints/boots. Also has had two leaks in the brake line.

Review
Handles well and is fairly comfortable for a long drive. Only mechanical problem was having to replace the intake manifold gasket twice.

Review
My husband and I bought a 1998 Honda passport this past June from a Paramount Honda dealership. We bought the extended warranty and had it certified. That was the best thing we could have done, because within one month of having the car, it was in the service dept. for major repairs. We have had to bring it in for repairs about once a month. This vehicle has been nothing but a headache, and we are now trading for something more reliable.
Favorite Features
Handles excellent in ubfavorable weather conditions (4WD). Roomy.
Suggested Improvements
Honda needs to start building their Passports instead of Isuzu, then maybe they would be more reliable.
