I just bought my fifth Odyssey yesterday. I previously owned three TEs and an EX before Touring models existed. Although I looked hard at the Touring and Elite, I couldn't see the extra $4-6K in value over the EX-L Nav. I bought the van at Priority Honda in Hampton and they were fantastic with two exceptions: First, the Doc fee was $599! Sick! Second, the finance manager tried to sell me ... Read More
This seems like a very good deal. It is better not to put any money down though because if the car is stolen or wrecked you cannot recoup that money pay the 400 per month instead. Yes it was exactly 42k. There was no grad, military incentive on this. He gave me 500$ for doing financing with him. I also took honda care and maintenance with them and that is pissing me off as they charge double on those 2 and now i am finding it difficult to cancel them. So I paid around 1500$ extra on those.
Are $329/month + $3K down or $406/month + $0 down a good deal for a 36 month, 12K miles/year lease on a 2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L (no RES, no NAV)? These figures are before-tax. What have others been seeing or paying?

FYI, internet manager at Poway Honda said they will sell 2014 Odysseys at invoice + TTL. Honda Care through the dealers mentioned in this forum is not buying online. You send an email to the various dealers mentioned on this site, they email you back the prices for the options you want. Got Ex for $27, 800 + dealer fee + Tax + Tag + Title in Tampa, FL. Also got .9 % 36 months financing from Honda. Came with dealer installed options: Nitrogen Filled Tires, Pin Stripes, Wheel locks, Cargo Tray. 2014 Ex is nice and has more new features, but not worth extra $3000 plus as dealers are not negotiating much for 2014.

McMinnville Honda (in Oregon) is advertising a 2014 EX for $29,999+TTL http://www.mcminnvillehonda.com/portland-honda-odyssey-cars This is the cheapest that I have seen in the pacific northwest (WA & OR states). If you have seen a cheaper price, pls let me know.
$33,400 does include destination and handling. I think you can still negotiate a little more on your EX if you're not in a hurry. The end of the year is coming so there will be deals. For 2014 model, the best case is getting invoice price. Invoice + up to $200 is fair price. Jay, at Hillsboro Honda, gave me this deal. McMinnville Honda came within $100
Thank you very much for the details. I assume the price of $33,400 includes destination & handling also. After further negotiations, I have a final price of $30,500 (includes destination & handling, $830 + dealer accessories, $200) + title & tax. The invoice price difference between EX & EX-L is about $3,500 and my price is $2,900 below yours. I am still leaving $600 on the table??
After asking for price quotes on 2013 model, I decided to go with 2014 model instead as most of dealers were asking for around $30,500 - $30,700 for 2013 EX-L. Are you emailing dealers? The best way to negotiate is to email as many dealers within a range (50, 100, 200 miles) as you can. It all comes down to personal preference, but from experience, I can tell you that the 2011 Touring does not hold a candle to the 2010 Touring. In my opinion, you would be getting less of a vehicle in the 2011 EX-L then the 2010 Touring. You don't get anything more in the 2011 Touring vs the 2010 Touring unless you get the Elite.
