This is a review after owning the car for 3 wk and 900 miles of driving.
The V6 is extremely smooth—when it idles, there is no sound or any sense of vibration, and when pushed, it gives off a nice sporty exhaust note.
The engine could use a bit more low end torque but has enough power for passing with a full load.
The seating are very comfortable, even after a 300 mile trip.
The versatile interior is wonderful to accommodating the need of a family on the go — we have two toddlers in car seats.
The fit and finish is very good if you are not too picky.
But taking a close look, it is hard to ignore the use of cheap materials in some areas to save cost.
I have no QC problems at the moment
Smooth power train; many storage options with removable center console in the front — we love to be able to walk to the back to see our kids in case of urgent needs; rear view camera WITH guide lines making parking easy; roomy and comfortable seats for ALL passengers; Power sliding doors and tailgate; Smooth and very comfortable ride.
Outstanding integrating with our phones, PDA, etc.
High quality leather on the steering and the seats.
Auto-dim rear view mirror.
The handling is still quite nimble considering the size of the car.
Fun to drive.
The inside and out looks great.
I first do not like the lighting bolt look, until I learn that it gives more window space for the rear pass.
Gas mileage, with mixed driving, 19MPG; on hwy at mostly 75-80MPH, 24MPH.
Add parking sensors at the front, and blind side sensors as optional equipment for ALL trim lines.
The interiors are quieter than my 2008 CRV, but there is still road noise on the high way.
The engine can use a bit more power for the low end to make it quicker off the line in city driving.
Add a bit more weight to the steering and make it more precise when making turns.
Various panels on the car have gaps that seem wider than what I would expect from Honda.
The quality on some of the materials (dash, door panel, roof, etc) should be improved.
