We pulled the trigger yesterday. After 2 months of compiling quotes, and re-compiling new quotes after the incentives went up we made the following deal. 24,950 + TT&L We were out the door for 26,700. We were not utilizing the special financing. This car did include the Pro-Packs and other dealer adds. The Dealer asked that we not advertise this deal, as they lost money on the deal (probably a lie). ... Read More

We've been waiting for months and just purchased last night for an Odyssey EXL for $26,452 OTD. I've been tracking this for months, but we only wanted a black one. We saved $1800 over an OTD quote in July and probably $1000 from an August quote when financing was better. I would go on autotrader.com and just keep tracking inventory of Odysseys in your area. Just bought an Odyssey EXL from Hendrick last night (Sept. 13, 2008)! I've been getting quotes on-line for months from dealers in Maryland and Northern, VA. We were quoted $26,452 OTD in an e-mail. I was dealing with several other Honda dealers in Northern Virginia. Landmark of Alexandria called me non-stop and seemed to be high pressure. On the same day we received the Hendrick quote, Landmark quoted me 28,125 OTD ... Read More

For the 2008 Odysseys, I got a quote of $3000 under invoice from Bellevue Honda (on the phone); $3500 under invoice from Kirkland Honda – both the quotes were over the phone; so, I’m not sure if that was a gimmick to get me in. Anyone got better deals in the Seattle area? Ideally, I'm looking at getting the LX or EX for $4000 less than the internet-invoice price.

Would appreciate some recommendations for a 2008 odyssey hitch. Mostly for bike carrier. I'm online now looking at dozens of different brands. The Honda version $240 pre shipping and requires bumper removal. Is it worth it? Aftermarket brands go from $116to $175 including shipping and seem straight forward to DIY install. I want it to look good as well. Thanks, :)

Honda is currently kicking back $3500 to the dealers this month to get rid of the '08s. So your price is reflecting that. (Then I think they get another 2-3% also from Honda.) So 26299-3500= $22799 then if they are desperate they can kick you back their other 2-3%.
