Everything is relative; depends on what you may have been driving. I have been driving this 2006 Odyssey Touring for just over a year. Previously I drove a Lincoln Town Car for 10 years. Don't know if there is a better "ride" than with the Town Car, BUT I have not lost much with the Odyssey. I purchased it 5 years old, as $40K is entirely too much to pay for a "new" car which quickly becomes a "used" car. This model was clean and in excellent condition. I put in new spark plugs & changed the timing belt, & had to purchase a spare tire, as the former owner changed out the run-flat tires (thankfully). ONLY complaint: MPG is like 15/22, when rated at 20/28.
Favorite features: Navigation System; driver seat memory; gear shift on dash; cup-holders everywhere; built-in garage remote in ceiling console; sharp turning radius; digital read out on remaining oil efficiency; dash light reminders for virtually everything. Have had 10,000 miles already trouble free.
Navigation system includes a back-up camera, which is nice, but only to see if there is a child on a trike immediately behind you. Rear view visibility could be much improved. THAT'S IT! Everything else on the TOURING model is programmable - so it seems. OH, don't place someone else's navigation DVD in the Nav. Sys. DVD drive. It is VERY particular to have only OEM disc. You cannot place an up-dated disc in, and then return to your older disc.
