2004 Honda Insight 2dr Hatchback w/Air Conditioning (1.0L 3cyl gas/electric hybrid 5M)

When I first purchased the Honda Insight, it was for the uniqueness of the hybrid drive system combined with the uncompromised design. After driving the car I was astounded at how well it handled, and how fun it was to drive. One of my other cars is a Lotus and I consider the Insight's handling to be on par with it. With all the sophisticated instrumentation, a driver is aware at any moment just how efficiently they are driving. That makes driving a lot more fun.

Best Features

The efficiency of this vehicle is unequalled by any other production vehicle ever. One day more efficient vehciles will be built, but for now the Insight is a world champion. The highly sophisticated aluminum chassis and body put this car in class by itself.

Worst Features

I'd like the car to run in an "electric only" mode. A larger battery pack and the ability to plug in to charge. Another nice addition would be a small turbo charger, perhaps even assisted by the battery. Turbocharging would enhance the performance of this already fine vehicle.
