I checked the alignment specs between 2008, 2009, 2010 crv models. The caster angle was increased from 1.5 to 3.0 between 08 and 09 models and then it was reduced to 2.5 in 2010 model. I would not go by the kbb or Edmunds trade in values. The dealers use actual auction prices. One book they use is Galves. I would be prepared for a shock. I don't know too many Honda dealers that sell 9 yr. old cars of a different make. My wife and I are relocating to the western ny region and need a car for the first time (city folk!). We are pretty much sold on the CR-V and need to buy as soon as we move (next week!) so we cant wait for the '10s. Some info - looking for an 09 or used 07, 08 would like the EX trim awd, no leather needed. actual cost of extended warranty on honda crv 7yrs/100k........is $811 (from honda) so donot pay more than extra 150-200 on top on that....... https://www.myhondawarranty.com/pricing.php........to see actual cost select this dealer as your dealer.....will get actual cost ...if u select diff state...it will go 150 higher..... when i brought my 2009 ... Yes !!!! Honda has manufacture problems. I bouthg a CRV 2009 - O miles. 2 week later the car started pulling to the rigth. We went to the dealer 4 times. They fix their computer - Nothing They make aligment - Nothing They changed tires - Nothing They test the air - Nothing They offered to tes a new crv and the same problem Happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For heads up, just bought 2009 CRV 2WD LX $21500 OTD at Phoenix, AZ, Earnhardt Honda. I think it is an OK deal. Wasted 2.5 hrs at another dealer at Superstition Springs, since the internet sales manager called me and said he could beat the $21500, but after I got there, he said we misunderstood him, he said he could beat $22500. My 2003 Honda was purchased in June of the same year. In the summer of 2005 at 36,000 miles, the a/c system blew up sending metal shards all throughout the hoses in the vehicle and rendering them replaceable. Fortunately, I had purchased the extended warranty and only had to pay a $50.00 deductible, but Honda did try to get me to pay for the damaged hoses, I didn't. ... Read More...

Check e-bay. The one I saw was (ridiculously) expensive and note the modifications required for first time install. I have an EX model with the cargo shelf. It is turned upside down (hard vinyl up) and lies on the floor.
