2008 Honda CR-V

Re: Beware of CR-V Vibration - Honda Canada's Response [gkg452]

This is the latest response from American Honda regarding the severe body vibration exhibited by my 2007 Honda CR-V: As an aside, after Buckeye Honda, Lancaster, Ohio, advised that I would have to "live with it" I filed a customer claim with BBB Auto Line. BBB Auto Line refused to arbitrate with American Honda because the mileage on my CR-V was in excess of the Honda ... Read More...

Honda CR-V Rear Differential Problem?

Re: Diff. prob. [tkay2]

What I do now is every time I take my 07 in for service I tell them about the noise I hear when turning. They change the differential fluid free. Wonder if Honda has done anything with this problem on 2010. If you think you should change differential fluid every 20;K get a different make. As far as road noise, I put a set of Michelin latitude tour on the 07 (WOW what a difference) ... Read More...

Honda CR-V Prices Paid and Buying Experience

Re: 2009 honda cr-v holdback [2009h]

Hold back is one thing.....stock is also why prices are kept high. South Alabama have very few CR-V's on their lots. I was told cash for clunkers was a big hit and moved many CR-V's. Makes me feel great as a tax payer when not only am I subsidizing the automotive industry.....BUT not catching a break on sticker price. I'll just wait things out! Read More...

Auto Dealer Holdback policy are all different ... below is an article on HOLDBACK Just What is Dealer Holdback? The internet has "let the cat out of the bag" so to speak with regards to giving ... Read More...

Are honda dealers getting more holdback if the cars stay on their lots for longer than 90 days? I read somewhere that they get 3% holdback if a car stays on a dealer's lot for 90 days. Read More...

Honda CR-V Lease Questions

Honda CRV lease reply

Have worked with Honda in the past, here are few pointers that may help you with your search. 1. Don't lease an older model car, ie: 2010 is available, 2009 lease should be more expensive due to lack of promotion, lack of inventory, and higher interest rate. Honda is known for better deal on 2009 for CASH purchase only. Any lease is always cheaper with the newer model. ... Read More...

Re: 2009 CRV LX Lease

I leased an 09 CRV LX 2WD back in mid July Black/Ivory at Honda Kolbe Reseda. I couldn't have done it without help from this forum Cap Adjusted Cost $20600 (20,000 + acquisition fee) Residual $12964 Least term 36 months Down payment 0 Lic/Reg/1st Month $700 Monthly payment $298 (includes CA tax) I think the monthly could be a little lower maybe $290 if I didn't give ... Re: lease honda crv [blueiedgod]

For the same vehicle but a 2009, monthly would be $439 vx $499 for the 2010. Either the dealers are discounting the 2009's to get them off the lot or Honda is giving better terms on the 2009's as incentives..... Read More...
