Yes, finally decided to get back into debt (after 5 of no car payments)...it was time, my 2002 CRV (which I bought new) already has 240,000. miles (that's right)...no engine or tramission overhaul has been needed....the car is still in excellent shape, so much that now it was passed to my son...
That's the main reason as to why I bought another CVR .... "RELIABILITY"..
The 2013 CVR LX has a very confortable ride, little wind noise in the highway, good visibilty, good handling.
Love the the new 2013, getting 33mpg on 85/15 (85% turnpike drive and 15% city drive).
plug in feature was great.
ECO lights on the dashboard sides are helpful in showing if you're saving gas by the way you're driving.
The car info. system lets you know the car's range based on the mpg your driving.
shows the remaing running live of the oil before the next oil change....it also warms you of the parts that need to be check or replace for the next maintance check.
The rear camera that comes on when you're backing up, it's excellent.
Overall very nice little things that add up to the joy of driving the car.
As a previous CRV owner, was disapointed in find out that the LX model does not comes with a front passenger's arm rest (only on the driver's side).
The top cover for the spare tire, looks and feels very cheap ( it should had been of hard plastic) not cardboard....
More color choices for the seats.
Remember this is only a 4 cylinder motor and passing acceleration is not that quick
Just wonder the cost of replacement and labor on the new technology, like the info. system, the sensors all of these are computers or parts of it ......
