Peppy, good acceleration, great gas
mileage. The swing up back window makes
for easy loading of small items without
having to open the entire back door,
which by the way, has a very large
opening. Cargo space in back is plenty
big. Location of instrument cluster is
easily readible. Standard CD/Cassette
player one of the best features. Seats
comfortable, but a little stiff.
Like the standard CD/Cassette player.
Operation of the power windows and door
locks. Keyless entry and anti theft
system lowered Insurance rates. Gas
mileage one of the reasons I bought one.
Steering wheel (although adjustable)
leans too much at the top towards the
windshield; more "softer" seat
cushions; needs a standard V6 engine to
give it better pulling power for those
of us that don't want 4WD. Otherwise, a
piece of engineering feat.
Excellent Honda build quality as usual. Fits my
needs for size and look forward to awd during its
1st NH winter. Took it FL with the two kids and had
plenty of rear cargo room for our stuff. Highly
Size, gas mileage considering price of fuel and what
a mid to large suv would cost to fill. 11500 miles
in three months and no problems.
I've had my car for 17 mos., & have
had problems with the A/C 3 times. The
1st time the dealership claimed a rock
had penetrated my grill & put a hole
in the A/C causing fluid to leak. The
warranty wouldn't cover it, & I had to
pay for repairs. The 2nd time the A/C
failed, I took it to the dealership &
was told the condenser fell apart.
Warranty covered it. The dealership
service dept. said that this was a
problem in faulty design for
2003/2004 models & they had had the
problem often. I didn't have it for
more than 2 days after the repairs and
the A/C has started fading in and out.
Improve luxory of interior, improve
the design, specifically with the
grill and the air conditiner
