You should describe how the car is driving. Hybrid cars are very different than regular cars, especially in the transmission. I live in Dumas Arkansas and have a 2007 Civic Hybrid and have the same problem. Honda USA said until I get an error code I do not have a problem. The IMA battery will not charge when the temp is hot outside. Keep me informed. The Better Business Bureau said that I had the car too long for them to complain to Honda. What else can I do?

Check the in-service date. A 2007 Civic could have been originally sold more than 3 years ago, and if so the bumper-to-bumper warranty is gone. Your dealer or Honda Customer Service can tell you for sure. I have heard "gurgling" noises before on cars, that were AC related. It could be normal, but noises like that that I've heard were pretty faint when they were normal.

Honda Civic Sedan 2007: Dead audio/navi panel
My audio/navi panel suddenly did not light up on starting the vehicle. None of the control on the panel worked. Yet I was able to change radio and CD channels and control volume from the steering wheel controls. Just as suddenly, a day or so later everything began to work normally again. My service department said they had never heard of such a problem before. Any insights into this 'quirk'?

Our 2007 Honda civic needed new brake pads after 27000 miles. We thought that was outrageous and we screamed loudly and finally it was decided that we did not have to pay. Especially in light of the fact we had to replace the tires because of a rear end problem.

Probably could have gotten someone closer to where we live to match their price, but even the back and forth on email with the other dealers got on my nerves.
