Vehicle: 2004 Honda Civic LX 2dr Coupe (1.7L 4cyl 4A)

1st and foremost this vehicle has never accepted more than 11 gals of fuel, the most miles I have gotten to a tank was 385, I don't know how others can say they went 500 miles on a tank. 2nd I have been in two marble size hale storms and to my amazement no damage what so ever, call it luck, but that is amazing. Other than that I drive 114 miles a day and never had a problem thus far.

Good car - lousy service

Vehicle: 2004 Honda Civic LX 2dr Coupe (1.7L 4cyl 4A)

No complaints about the car. Its everything I expected - easy to drive, good gas mileage, very well built. However the car was not cleaned properly. I took the car at night, did not do a good inspection. I returned to have an alarm installed and showed the salesman the dirty windows and wheel wells. Guess what? They didn't clean it up, in fact they didn't even rewash the car after installing the alarm. I will not go back to this dealer - Winward Honda, when its time to buy another car. With two other dealers in town, you'd think they'd provide better service.

Great car, bad power

What's New for 2004

In typical Honda fashion, the Civic receives a number of minor changes this year in order to keep it fresh. For the coupe and sedan, there's new exterior styling, including restyling for the front and rear bumpers, hood, headlights and grille. Inside, the audio speakers have been upgraded, extra sound deadening material has been added and floor mats are now standard in the LX and EX. The LX trim has slightly bigger wheels this year (15 inches) and standard keyless entry. A new value package contains air conditioning, a CD player and a new center console. For the Si hatchback, there are new headlight and taillight designs, larger 16-inch wheels and flashier interior trim. Like the regular sedan, the Civic Hybrid has updated styling, standard floor mats and improved speakers. It also has a new interior console with an armrest, adjustable rear headrests and a manual driver-seat height adjuster. Finally, all 2004 Honda Civic sedans and coupes have a new seatbelt reminder system.
