This review may be biased since I've
always owned Honda's (Civic '90
Hatchback, Integra LX '93, CR-V
EX '99). Regardless, the 2003 CIVIC EX
is a remarkable car if you were to
drive it yourself. Honda reputation is
alive and well in the 2003 Civic:
performance, refinement, reliability,
and value. Improvements over 2002 model
are: center storage console with built-
in armrest. Slightly redesigned tail-
Cool dashboard gauges (blue/red)and
metal trims. VTEC 127-hp engine.
Immobilizer Theft-Deterrent system.
Moonroof with tilt. Creature comfort
and soft ride.
Moderate engine and road noise. Alloy
wheels standard on EX model. Better
sound system (a fault in all Honda's).
All-around chrome grille rather than a
single bar (which looks awkward). Extra
