2002 Honda Civic LX 4dr Sedan (1.7L 4cyl 5M)

Review

It’s a good car, but more like Ford than Honda. Picked it over Elantra for reliability and crash test data, Elantra more comfy & powerful, better stereo, & $3-4K less. Handling sucks (drive a new Corolla). Window regulators shouldn’t break from normal use. Paint chipped after 100 miles! Only gets 25MPG! Headlights dim when driving. Trunk dumps water inside when opened (from lights on trunk). Gas & brake petals too close, knee hits steering wheel. Right foot needs more room (have big feet, bigger shoes). Headrest makes better door than window, blocks rear view. Sun visor clip too tight. Driver door creaks. Ridiculous oil change procedure.

Favorite Features

Looks Great inside & out. Comfy seats. Like the chrome door handles & silver guages. AC works well. Flat rear floor is great for backseat passengers' feet. Good quality materials. Controls work very well.

Suggested Improvements

Assemble it right the first time. Doors should automatically unlock when pull on door handle. Allow power window operation in the ACC key position. The sunvisor clip is too tight. Needs more power! Hesitates from stop. I don't want to buy a car lift to change the damn oil!
