I have had my 4 door 5 speed for a
short while. I enjoy it. I have driven
quite a few 5 speed Honda's. Compared
to the old 1.6 L Civics, this engine
actually has decent torque between
1500RPM-2500RPM (even compared to a
VTEC Del Sol). Good back seat spacing,
big trunk. It's not easy to fill up all
The fuel economy really helps. The
shifter is pretty good for a sedan, but
then again, it's Honda. The engine revs
pretty fast (5 speed model). The
speedometer and tachometer has the nice
black on white look. Factory installed
stabilizer bars is good for handling
Road noise. It gets loud on some of the
roads in NYC at higher speeds.
Sometimes I hear the road over the
engine. The steering is a little
sensitive and unreal. Not a solid
feedback. Turning circle should be
better on such a short car.
