Its a good car, but more like Ford
than Honda. Picked it over
Elantra for reliability and crash test
data, Elantra more comfy & powerful,
better stereo, & $3-4K less.
Handling sucks (drive a new Corolla).
Window regulators shouldnt break from
normal use. Paint chipped after 100
miles! Only gets 25MPG! Headlights dim
when driving. Trunk dumps water inside
when opened (from lights on trunk).
Gas & brake petals too close, knee
hits steering wheel. Right foot needs
more room (have big feet, bigger
shoes). Headrest makes better door
than window, blocks rear view. Sun
visor clip too tight. Driver door
creaks. Ridiculous oil change
Looks Great inside & out. Comfy seats.
Like the chrome door handles & silver
guages. AC works well. Flat rear floor
is great for backseat passengers'
feet. Good quality materials. Controls
work very well.
Assemble it right the first time.
Doors should automatically unlock when
pull on door handle. Allow power
window operation in the ACC key
position. The sunvisor clip is too
tight. Needs more power! Hesitates
from stop. I don't want to buy a car
lift to change the damn oil!
I love this car, no complaints at all.
This car is great. But my only concern
is the exterior design,'02 is not
really bad at all, but would rather
prefer '00(s) exterior design. I also
have a '00 EX coupe and I love the
exterior. Would recommend it to every
body who likes value and reliability.
Nothing that I can think of. Except
for the exterior design, I wish they
could bring back the old ones like
the '00 but it is impossible :)
I fell inlove with this car.
Everything is working great.
Reliable ,love the overall quality.
Eye catching,I will never drive any
other car except honda(s). I have a
5sp honda and I'm really having fun
driving it(smooth shifting), ABS works
excellent. I like the exterior and
interior design of this car(very
roomy), but I prefer '99 and '00 when
it comes to exterior.

The car hanles very well, shifts
incredibly smoothly, has just enough
power to make it fun to drive. You
rarely see SIs on the road, so people
are always checking it out. I wanted

Honda had 150,000 miles on it and still
ran like new when I sold it), the
versatility of a hatchback (its like a
little station wagon when you put the
back seats down), and decent
performance, so this car was the

small (at least they look too small),
but Honda knows that most buyers will
replace them anyway.
