Well, The '99 Si was my first brand new
car. I was driving an '87 Prelude Si.
When I first test drove it, I felt that
the prelude was snappier. i then
decided to try a theory. Since the
Civic had an entirely different RPM
range, I changed the RPM where I was
shifting and it became another beast. I
bought the car that day.
- 8,000RPM Redline
- 160HP at the wheels and under $18,000
- Aftermarket parts everywhere
- It's a Honda..
- The seats suck compared to my old
Prelude on long trips.
- Can you say no torque with out
Jackson Racing Supersharger!!!
-Ditch the Michelins XGT's and try some
Yokohama AVID V4 tires.
-Use a K&N air filter and cut out the
resinator from the air intake. VTEC
