I've had the '14 Accord LX for a few months now. Paid $19,000 in SoCal.
I have had NO problems (shaking, judders, shudders, etc) with the CVT. Smooth acceleration and shifting (or whatever it is). Steering is light and responsive. Rearview camera with active guides (it takes awhile to get used to what the lines mean on the guides)
It doesn't support iOS (iphone), so I switched to android. On the drivers side outside mirror, the outer edge is distorted and it's a little distracting, i'm not sure what it's supposed to do, but it's a fail. The 4 speaker sound system sounds kinda crappy. Small fingerprint-sized area of paint on the hood is slightly dull looking.
Although it's only fully capable with Android (with iOS, you can't view contacts, dial by name, scroll call history etc.)
Rear View Camera with guides.
Acceleration is plenty for me in Los Angeles.
Plenty of legroom for me (6' tall).
Styling is really nice.
Automatic rain sensing wipers work very well.
Automatic lights so you don't have to worry about turning them off and on.
They should improve the comfort of the passenger seat, it's a bit stiff and flat.
Remove that distorted area of the drivers sideview mirror, it's annoying and useless.
Make all the windows one-touch up/down, not just the drivers side.
Improve the sound system on base model.
Change the phone buttons on the steering wheel, they are confusing as to what to push to answer/dial/etc.
