2013 Honda Accord EX-L V-6 2dr Coupe (3.5L 6cyl 6A)
This review is for our 2013, Accord V-6 EX-L coupe.
We are third time accord owners, 1993 station wagon, a 2008 sedan and now our coupe.
We purchased a V-6 EX-L coupe in March 2013.
The Accord was purchased to replace our 2009 Infiniti G37S, and we are happy with the swap.
The Accord over a 6,000-mile period is averaging 30.6 mpg over a 50/50 mixed driving style.
Our longest trip yielded 34.6 mpg and we routinely achieve 34 mpg on the highway for trips.
I calculate our mileage by hand and compare it to the system on board, we have found for the life of the vehicle the onboard computer is usually off by about a one mpg.
Our in town drives usually yield 25 to 27 mpg.
The driving position is very comfortable and is one of the reasons we sold our G37, the drivers seat in the accord is excellent.
The Active noise reduction is very well done
The audio system (once recalled and updated) is powerful, clear however; I still do not get the two-screen idea.
The menu is slightly confusing initially and not quite as intuitive as the Infiniti or nearly as well as our F-150.
Even with the update applied to the radio, we still have issues that are repeatable with the iPhone attached to the USB port.
I think Honda still has a little work on the i-MID system.
