We have owned this car for 3 Weeks and myself and my husband now both have back problems due to the driver's seat in the vehicle.
It is complete torture to drive this car for more then 20 minutes at a time.
When you test drive it for 5-10 minutes you will not notice it but if you drive it for 20 minutes+ you will soon realize just how bad the seat design for back support is as well as the awkward positioning of the headrest.
We called the dealer within 24 hours to try & return but they were not of any assistance
Front Seat Complete Redesign Needed
Remote start installed by Honda only works some of the time
Bluetooth does not have the ability to understand any type of phone call commands
Radio is of poor quality
You are correct about the driver's seat: much too much lumbar curve, it just punches into my lower back and of course that's with power lumbar flattened out. I've found this across all trims LX to EX-L and all the generation 2008 to 2012. Very sad. Fortunately, the new gen 2013 Accord and later have a vastly improved driver's seat: mild lumbar curve and power adjust if you need it. I think the complaints will go way down for 2013 and later. I'm not surprised at all to see the complaints with 2012 and older. I eval'd the car, but luckily did not buy one.
