According to Intellichoice.com- a 2009 Honda Accord LX depreciates $ 8,936 over a 5 year period and is rated excellent for cost of ownership. Actually, the December 2009 issue of Consumer Reports shows only average predicted reliability for a 6-cylinder Honda Accord (a 4-cylinder Accord is still shown to have above-average predicted reliability). Read More...

Welcome mstein_88. I always advise consumers to find out what selling price any lease that they are quoted are based upon. The selling prices of leased vehicles are negotiable, just as if you were paying cash for or financing them. Hi gator00si. Honda is still providing $1,500 dealer cash on 2009 4-cylinder Accords and $750 on V6 models, However it is not providing lease support on '09s any longer. I haven't run the numbers, but I wouldn't be surprised if the lease support on the 2010 model made it cheaper to lease one of them than an '09 at this point. Here's the numbers for both.
