2006 has noticeable road noise. After new tires (Michelin), doesn't start as well. It's like Honda wanted to save money by building a lighter and cheaper car. Well it is made in America...

Not so Comfortable! :(
Vehicle
2006 Honda Accord LX 2dr Coupe (2.4L 4cyl 5A)
Review
I just bought a 06 Honda coupe lx and man I should have driven it for a longer period of time. The seats are upholster with no lumbar adjustment and hard as a rock. I have a lower back problem and the seat makes my leg go numb. Ouch. Over all it is a good car. It is a nice drive but a little bumpy and a lot of outside noise. It is very pretty on the outside, but watch out for the seats....
Favorite Features
Outside looks really sporty and nice.

The SEATS!!!! Really... I bought it because everyone raves about Honda, but I will never do it again. Not comfy at all.

Love this car

2006 Honda Accord EX 2dr Coupe w/Leather (2.4L 4cyl 5A)
Review
I just got this car from totaling my Lexus and like it a lot better. I love the inside and the outside and for a 4 cyl. It has a lot of power and for a two door there's a lot of room for my friends. I have not had a problem with this car yet and hope I won't and I have no complaints. I get complements from everybody at school, from family, and from total strangers.
Favorite Features
Heated leather seats, sunroof, 4 cyl. engine. Reliability.

2006 Honda Accord Value Package 4dr Sedan (2.4L 4cyl 5A)
Review
My Honda VP 2006 Accord was purchased new. I was disappointed in the gas mileage and the quality. Before, I had a Honda Accord DX 1991-2006, this Accord was built solid. But, 2006 has noticeable road noise, doesn't turn as well. It's like Honda wanted to save money by building lighter and cheaper car. Overall 7.5.
Favorite Features
Interior room and truck space.
Suggested Improvements
Sideview mirrors should be larger. Improve gas mileage, braking, and road noise.

Excellent reliabitly, great fuel economy

2006 Honda Accord LX 4dr Sedan (2.4L 4cyl 5A)
Review
I bought my Accord in March 2006 new for $19,500. I do a lot of driving for work so I needed a reliable, but fuel-efficient car. The Accord has exceeded my expectations by a mile. Mine has 90K miles on it and has had absolutely nothing go wrong. I take it for routine maintenance, but do nothing else. I get about 35 MPG on the highway (with cruise) and drove it to Florida and back from NJ with ease. The interior controls are simple yet perfectly placed. The build is strong. The acceleration, while not exhilarating, is great for a 4 cylinder. All in all, this is the best investment I've ever made in a car.
Favorite Features
Reliability, gas mileage, acceleration, interior comfort and convenience
Suggested Improvements
Handling could be a bit better. Other than that, absolutely nothing!

Excellent Car!!

2006 Honda Accord EX 4dr Sedan (2.4L 4cyl 5A)

I traded in my old 00' Hyundai Elantra for this 06' Accord and I couldn't have made a better choice! I drive a lot, about 15k each year and the seats are so soft and comfy I could sleep in them! I definitely love the sunroof, steering wheel controls and black interior. Lots of compartments for storage as well. Obviously, isn't that great in the snow, so sadly I must trade in for a SUV soon. Otherwise I would keep this baby forever!
Favorite Features
Sunroof, steering wheel controls, soft comfy seats, LARGE backseat and trunk storage, many compartments, seat beat alarm that keeps beeping to remind me to wear my seat belt. Reliability!
Suggested Improvements
None!!

Great, refined car

2006 Honda Accord EX V-6 4dr Sedan (3.0L 6cyl 5A)
Review
The 2006 Honda Accord features a more refined interior than previous years. When ever I ride in a car that goes for about the same price range, I get back into my Accord and appreciate how nice it is. The seats are perfect for a long trip, and the car features a good amount of room in the rear and up front. I love how smooth the car transitions between acceleration ( which is quite good ) and braking. The car handles very well and the breaks are also impressive. The stereo system in the car is also great.
Favorite Features
the nice leather, the amount of room, the seats

2006 Honda Accord LX 4dr Sedan (2.4L 4cyl 5M)

I bought a manual shift 4 cylinder to save gas mileage and to better maintain control of the car... to have fun driving! I have done as well as 39 mpg highway driving, a little better than my 94 Accord stick shift. I use cruise more than the average person. You're going to get fewer mpg when you use gas with ethanol added. With the stick, you don't need 6 cylinders. Couldn't believe I actually looked at and drove others before I got another Accord. Even owned a used Camry for 2 yrs (automatic), but it doesn't have the same drivability as an Accord.
Favorite Features
Cruise. Sunroof. Wish I had got the heated seats.
Suggested Improvements
Outdoor thermometer. Sun visor extenders to take out a little extra sun in the middle of windshield and/or side window.

My 6 Honda - 4th Accord
Vehicle
2006 Honda Accord EX 4dr Sedan w/Leather (2.4L 4cyl 5A)
Review
1st off, I'd like to say that this is my 4 Accord. Have owned a 89, 92, 99 now the 06. This is least favourite. I've owned the car for 6 months now (I drive about 35,000 miles per yr., mostly highway and I cannot get over the very poor gas mileage - the car is from the US but I live in Toronto. As all my cars I drive about 130 on the highway which is 75ish and this car has getting half what my 99 did with 280,000 kilos on it (original clutch/motor not touched) I've got as bad as 275 miles to the tank and best was 375. I don't push it off the line but do drive at 75 and its by far the loudest Accord inside.
Favorite Features
performance, dual climate control, 6 in-dash cd, audio controls in the steering wheel hub.
Suggested Improvements
gas mileage, heating steering wheel, stronger heated seats, memory buttons.

Great Car
Vehicle
2006 Honda Accord EX V-6 4dr Sedan (3.0L 6cyl 5A)
Review
I've had my Accord EX V-6 3 years now, and I've never had an ounce of trouble with it. This is my 3rd Honda and loved all of them. I've driven cross country with it twice, and loved every mile. The car runs as good now as day I bought it. Except for routine maintenance, the only problems I've had with it was a flat tire (I blame NYC streets) and burned out headlight. Tires are expensive for this car, the Michelin tires coast $270.00 a tire. If you are looking for a used car, you can never go wrong with a Honda.
Favorite Features
Everything. I like the 2006 & 2007 style over the 2003-2005 styling, and I do not like the exterior styling of the new Accords.
Suggested Improvements
Memory seat, automatic seat belts, MP3 player.
