Like I said before......you obviously have a lemon, if you even have a Denali. As for customer service, I'm sure you get the worst of it when you walk into a dealership with the attitude you carry. I own a 1990 GMC Sierra 1500 with the 350 HP engine. I was experiencing problems after it was running for a while and shut itself off when the engine got warmed up. It would restart once it cooled down. this may sound dumb but can anyone tell me what the sle stands for and if gmc made an ss model in 1990 i just traded a guy for for mine and it has ss 350 stickers on the rear of the bed and on the front fenders? and does anyone know where i can get the new sle graphics for the bed i have looked every where thanks joe Read More...

Yup. Got my lines crossed, sorta. That was the year GMC started using Sierra as the full line name instead of as trim names, and Chevy dropped 10/20/30 designations to go to 1500/2500/3500. Further screwing it up was maintaining the 1987-and-earlier design as the R/V series through 1991 alongside the redesigned trucks. No one ever accused GM of making sense... ... Read More...
