I am also having most of the same issues with my 2006 Envoy Denali. I already had the fuel sensor issue and it has been replaced. Now it is happening with the oil pressure. Well, that "recall" will only help a fraction of those affected. It states: "The vehicles affected are Chevy Trailblazers, GMC Envoys and Buick Rainiers produced between 2005 and 2007." My wife's 2000 Envoy had the same problem, so it's not just 2005 and 2007 models!! It effects at least 2000 thru 2007....much more than they admit to. Where the heck do they get their information????

I also ran out of gas on the highway with my two children in the truck with me! IF THATS NOT A SAFETY ISSUE I DONT KNOW WHAT IS!!! I have sent an email to Christina, to the nhtsa.gov and to GMC complaining about this. NOW my truck will not pass inspection and they are saying $700 to fix it. This should be a recall! I love my GMC Envoy, but recently the fuel gauge became eratic. If I add a bottle of Chevron Fuel Cleaner, it will read "F" when filled, but after it uses about 1/4 tank of gas, it stays at "E" and I have to interpolate the miles until actual empty. My GMC Envoy XL has now had a 2nd Gas tank fuel gauge fail. During normal maintenance at the dealer, rep stated that Ethanol Gas is corroding the internal gas tank fuel guage. I had no idea that the fuel gauge issue was reported by so many people, the fact that GM/GMC won't do anything to fix this issue is simply amazing! Looks like you can add me to the list of people who have their gauge stop working. I have an 2007 Envoy with 41000 miles on it. Just filled it up from being empty and the gauge and light have not shut off. I do not want to spend hundreds on this problem since it is out of warranty and numerous people are having issues.

Have a 2007 Envoy that loses antifreeze at a abnormal rate. The radiater has been pressure tested and ok. Compression tested and ok. No sign of fluid in driveway and no discoloring of the tail pipe. No increase in oil level, which would indicate it leaked into the block . Has anyone out there found a answer to this problem? If so what is the answer?

I've seen a lot of posts in this forum complaining about the Envoys and very few complimentary posts. I leased my Envoy in Sept. 2007 and have since put about 8,000 miles on it. I'm very happy with it. It's quiet, handles like a sports car, stops on a dime, has plenty of power and the gas milage is good considering how it is driven. Anyone else enjoying their Envoy?

Just FYI: reliable inside sources on other boards are saying these pics are not the next Envoy, but rather the 2008 GMC Acadia, which is on GM's new FWD/AWD Lambda platform, which will also spawn the 2007 Saturn Outlook, 2008 Buick Rendezvous and maybe a new generation of 2009 minivans to replace the current U-body vans.
